PRISÃO EM FLAGRANTE
The Code of Canon Law defines a flagrante delito as a crime that occurs when a person commits an act of flagrante delito. Artigo 302 do Código de Processo Penal defines the crime as a felony. The law defines a felony as an act in which a person is guilty of committing a crime in which he or she is not entitled to immunity.
